Staircase in stone and wrought iron banister leads to the upper floor and the sleeping quarters consisting of: 3 double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms of which one has a box shower and the other a large bath.

Apartment N. 5 “DONATELLO”, on the ground floor, c. 77 msq. Sleep 2 + 2. Extra large living room – dining room with double sofa bed and Sat. TV, bath with box shower, large double bedroom.
Apartment N. 6 “BRUNELLESCHI”, ground floor, c. 60 msq, sleep 2 + 2. Large living room – dining room whit double sofa bed and Sat. TV, bathroom with box shower, double bedroom.
